- Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or broken
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is missing items or incomplete
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Return Request Process
To request a return, please contact us with:
- Order ID
- Product photos/video (as proof of damage or issue)
Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Items purchased during sale or special discount offers
- Products returned without original packaging
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product)
- Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
